[ and she can definitely follow naoto's gaze on that little red number. ah... if naoto might like it, that's the important thing. she delicately plucks it from the rack, as if just happening to decide upon it by chance, herself. ] Say, you can be the cool sophisticated beauty and I can be the cute firecracker! Hmm, I can do something with a look like this... [ and she starts to undo her hair and slip out of her current dress, multitasking and stripping.

[It happens fast enough that Naoto isn't quite, uh, prepared. The one thing that's pretty certain: she's going to be more embarrassed about it than Rise is. Face flushed, Naoto instinctively looks away, showing sudden interest in some of the other dresses.
But she always doesn't want to overreact, so she glances back at Rise after a few seconds, attempting to play it cool but mostly still failing.]
Aw, aren't you a sweet-talker now? [ kyaa kyaa, a compliment from naoto... she kind of wishes she could record it for posterity, but it might not be good for her heart. as it is, she slips a little doing her zip up the back of her dress, and the zipper catches, skips a few teeth, goes misaligned.

[Ah, zippers. So treacherous. Naoto is able to forget that she's embarrassed, momentarily, and leans in close to inspect the damage. It's not so bad, right now, but there's potential to make it worse.]

[It's not rocket science, right? Even if Rise's bare shoulders are distracting. And her back. She tugs at it, not too hard, and after some effort she's able to slide it down to the starting position on one side. From there, she zips it back up, nice and even this time.]
[ she tenses up a little at the feeling of naoto's hands at her bare back--well, she's wearing a bra, and she supposes the rest of the dress even if it's not fully zipped up but. close enough. it's hard having a hot friend...
she just sits stiffly straight until naoto zips her up, then lets out a slightly shaky breath. ]
